Terms and Conditions for Gigs Salon
- Service Guarantee
- At Gigs Salon, we strive to provide high-quality nail services and ensure customer satisfaction. We guarantee our work for a period of 7 days from the date of service.
- Repair Policy
- If you experience any issues with your nails (such as chipping, lifting, or breakage) within 7 days of your original appointment, please contact us immediately to schedule a complimentary repair.
- Any repairs requested after the 7-day period will incur a regular service fee, as the complimentary repair policy will no longer apply.
- Exclusions
- The 7-day guarantee applies only to the original nail service provided. It does not cover damages caused by external factors such as manual labor, excessive exposure to water, or intentional alterations.
- Gigs Salon is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of nails affected by customer negligence or improper aftercare.
- Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- General Disclaimer
- Gigs Salon reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the salon’s official channels.
2. Refunds Policy
- Manicure and Pedicure Services: Refunds will not be issued for completed services. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the quality of the treatment, they are encouraged to notify the salon within 48 hours for an opportunity to rectify the situation with a complimentary follow-up appointment.
- Missed Appointments: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost may apply if the appointment is missed without sufficient notice (e.g., 24 hours in advance).
- Gift Vouchers: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Health and Safety Policy
- For the safety of all our clients, Gigs Salon reserves the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious condition, skin infection, open wound, or any condition that may compromise their own health or the safety of others. Clients are encouraged to inform the staff about any health concerns or allergies before the treatment begins.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for all services must be made in full on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Gift vouchers must be presented before the service commences.
5. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your arrival is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. In some cases, a late arrival may be considered a missed appointment and incur a cancellation fee.
6. Personal Belongings
- Gigs Salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the salon. Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
7. Privacy Policy
- Gigs Salon is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of booking, providing services, and communication with the client. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. No-Show Policy
- Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice may be charged up to 100% of the booked service’s cost. Repeat no-shows may be asked to prepay for future appointments.
